The need for change
The company faced significant limitations with its previous board management solution. The system could not incorporate company-specific templates and legal requirements, which complicated its governance processes.
It could not properly track the different forms of attendance at hybrid meetings, and annotations on documents were frequently lost. The company needed a more robust solution.
The previous system's limitations in customization and attendance tracking were creating unnecessary friction in our board operations.
